Do we sell to the public?
Answer: Yes we absolutely do!
Do we have MOQs?
Answer: We do not have MOQs for plain orders, as well as for most of our branding types. Larger setup fees will apply to smaller orders.
Leather patches and Rubber badges carry a MOQ of 50 units.
Branded Orders:
Do you offer custom branding on caps?
Answer: Yes! we offer several branding options including embroidery, 3D embroidery, DTF printing, and custom badges.
How long will my order take?
Answer: We work on a 2-3 week lead time for branded orders.
Plain orders will usually take 3-5 business days
Can I choose my branding type?
Yes, you are welcome to request your preferred branding method.
However, certain branding techniques work better with specific logo styles. Factors such as logo detail, size, colours, and placement can influence which option will produce the best result.
If a particular branding method is not suitable for your design, we will always recommend the closest alternative to ensure the final product looks as good as possible.
Our goal is to make sure your caps look great and represent your brand properly, so we will guide you through the best option for your design.
What file format should my logo be in?
Answer:Vector files such as AI, PDF, or EPS are ideal. We will usually request a high-res pdf.
Can you accommodate urgent orders?
Answer: Unfortunately, our lead time of 2-3 weeks is fixed, so we are not able to assist with any urgent branded enquiries.
Can I cancel a custom order?
Answer: Once production has begun on customised items, orders cannot be cancelled as the caps are made specifically for you.

Where do you deliver?
Answer: We deliver across South Africa via The Courier Guy.
How long does delivery take?
Answer:Delivery times vary depending on location, but typically take 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Answer: Yes, once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive tracking details via email.
