1. Order Processing

Plain orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Branded orders follow a lead time of 2-3 weeks for order completion.

Please note that during high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on your order size. Please note that no free shipping is available.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is:

Delayed: Please allow a reasonable timeframe before contacting us
Lost or Damaged: Contact us at info@saltandstitch.co.za within [5–7 days] of expected delivery, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
